Do you like to get messy?  Do you play with Silly Putty or sidewalk chalk?  Well, why buy them when you can make them out of ordinary household ingredients?  Everything will be hands-on and each child will take their gooey creations home.  Join the messy fun!

Ahoy world travelers!  Join your captain on an exciting trip as we learn about the great explorers of the past.  What did these great explorers find?  A lost city?  Boat loads of gold?  Come and find out and have an adventure you will remember!

Enchanted fairy tales from around the world!  Come discover new places and read various fairy tales.  Create and draw your favorite tales!

THE WILD WEST, PIONEERS INTERACT!

Come discover what it was really like to be a pioneer during the 1840’s!  Pioneer Interact is a simulation which allows students to vicariously participate in situations and events similar to those experienced by pioneers who headed west in early wagon trains.  Students will face problems such as floods, droughts, blocked trails, snakes, Native Americans, and lack of food!  The would-be homesteaders must make numerous individual and group decisions to survive the wild west!

WALK AROUND THE WORLD!

Take a trip around the world!  This summer embark on a virtual tour of places in Europe, Africa, South America, and Asia.  Along the way, experience what makes these places unique and so exciting!

TIME TRAVEL:BEFORE HOMER TOWNSHIP

Have you ever wondered what used to be in Homer Township?  This course will show you how life in this area has changed in the past 1,000 years, from Native Americans to the changes occurring today.
